Abstract
This paper deals with the period from 1913 to 1915 and the historical events happened then. This is the period after the Deal of Bucharest, from 1913, when Stip entered the borders of South Serbia or more precisely the Kingdom of Serbia. The theme is establishing the administrative authority of the Kingdom of Serbia adapting its law, institutions, and clerks who will practice that authority. An attention is also dedicated to the cultural-educational life in the town as well as the post-war consequences and epidemics that wars brought. All the events and activities of the Serbian authority are described in this paper until they leave Stip in October 1915 when the FFW was taken place.
