Abstract
The book Serbian Christian Domestic Upbringing was written - viewed from the perspective of today - in a conservative spirit. But , even as such, it is a good alternative to today’s model to rip emission and quasi-culture that is being distributed through most media. In the title itself, we see that the author of this part associates education with the national consciousness and, even deeper, with the belonging to the Christian faith. Nowadays, education is increasingly evolving from the parents’ hand and it seems that in the era of modern communication everything else has a greater impact on children than the family itself, better to not even mention the school, because it ebbed on a mere accumulation of facts, while education is almost neglected and left alone to the family. The message of this book is that one of the greatest and most worthy works in the eyes of God and people is the upbringing of children.
